Pharma industry magazine MedAdNews has named AstraZeneca pharmaceutical company of the year, calling the company “strong and streamlined".

The in-depth feature leads in by saying "AstraZeneca is pursuing an aggressive strategy to drive sales, improve productivity and efficiency, and build a pipeline that will allow the company to continue to grow despite the impending patent loss on several major products."
